Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) parking: rates compared
Prices checked: October 25, 2026. Every rate below was copied from Toronto Pearson's own parking pages or the lot operator's own website on that date, and each section links to its source. Pearson's posted rates are drive-up rates ("without reservation"). Its online prices change with your dates, so confirm the price for your trip before you book.
Quick comparison: a 7-day trip
"7-day price" is the operator's own published weekly maximum or 7-day rate. Where no weekly rate is published, the figure is our own arithmetic and labelled "our calc."

Skyway Park's rates are before tax. Pearson's rate tables don't say whether HST is included, so ask before you compare to the cent. Park'N Fly's $59.99 is an advertised "as low as" price; the actual price for your dates is only shown in its booking tool.
What that means: among options with published prices, the off-airport lots are the cheapest for a week away (Skyway Park lists $100 before tax; Park'N Fly advertises Economy from $59.99). On the airport itself, the Value Park Garage's $160 weekly maximum is about two-thirds of Daily Park's $235. Pearson calls its uncovered Value Park Lot its most affordable option, but that price only appears in its online booking tool.

Pearson says online booking guarantees your spot, online rates "are subject to change based on current online pricing," and cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free.
Value Park Lot (uncovered)
Pearson calls it "the most affordable way to park at the airport." Uncovered, at 6135 Viscount Road, 9–15 minutes from Terminals 1 and 3 on the free Terminal Link train, which runs every 4 minutes (Value Park Lot page).
Rate: not published. Pearson says it's "available online only. Pricing may vary. Book early for the best rates."
Viscount Station Reserved Lot (uncovered)

Value Park Garage (covered)
Covered parking (the rooftop is uncovered) at 6145 Viscount Road, 6–12 minutes from Terminals 1 and 3 on the Terminal Link train. 2.2 m height limit (Value Park Garage page).

Daily Park (Terminals 1 and 3)
A 3–5 minute walk to either terminal through a climate-controlled walkway. EV charging is available at T3. Height limits are 2.4 m at T1 and 2.0 m at T3 (Daily Park page). Short-stay charges depend on the time you enter.

Preferred Park
A reserved area closest to the terminal: a 3–5 minute walk at T1 and 2–3 minutes at T3. There are no EV chargers in Preferred Park (Preferred Park page).

Fast Track (Terminal 1)
Formerly Express Valet. Drive into the T1 garage, leave your keys at the customer service desk, and staff park the car. A 2–3 minute walk to T1, with EV parking on request (Fast Track page).

Valet Care (Terminal 1)
Curbside drop-off at the T1 Departures curb, Post 9. Your car is parked in the T1 garage, with free access to EV chargers and an optional car wash or detailing (Valet Care page).

Express Park (Terminal 1, short stays)
Covered parking connected directly to T1 (a 2–3 minute walk), meant for pick-ups and drop-offs. It has 10 EV charging stations on Level 4 (Express Park page).

Pearson also lists a free cell phone waiting area where you can wait for up to 45 minutes.
Off-airport lots
Pearson's off-airport parking shuttles page (checked Oct 25, 2026) lists six authorized off-airport providers: Park'N Fly, Skypark Airport Parking, EZ Airport Parking, Aerospot, Skyway Park and Routes Airport Parking. It says the airport authority doesn't endorse or take responsibility for providers that aren't on that list. Shuttles pick up at T1 Arrivals (Door A, Post A1, and International Door E, Post E3) and T3 Arrivals (Door B, Post 19).
Skyway Park
Source: skywaypark.ca rates, checked Oct 25, 2026. Offers Self Park (keep your keys) and Skyway Valet, both with a free shuttle. The rate table shows the same prices for both. Skyway Park says these are "advance reservation pricing only before applicable taxes, discounts, and extras," and that a day is 24 hours, with a 3-hour grace period on the last day.

A fuel surcharge of $14.16 applies to stays of 2 days or less. Its homepage says it no longer checks in on Dixon Road and to check your reservation for where to check in. It also lists a limited-time 10% off coupon for stays of 14 or more days (until November 30, 2026).
Park'N Fly Toronto
Source: Park'N Fly Toronto page, checked Oct 25, 2026. Offers Economy, Self Park and Valet, all with a free 24/7 shuttle to the terminals. The page advertises "Park'N Fly Economy for as low as $59.99 per week" and "Stay up to 28 days for one flat rate" (that rate isn't shown). Actual rates are not published; they appear only in the booking tool for your dates.
Other authorized lots (rates not published)
These operators' own sites only show a price inside a booking form or calculator for your dates, so we haven't listed rates:
- Skypark Airport Parking, 6210 Northwest Dr, Mississauga (skypark.ca). Its homepage advertises 30% off regular rates for 6-, 7- or 8-day stays and a 15–30 day flat rate, but doesn't publish the rates.
- EZ Airport Parking, 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga (ezairportparking.ca). Self-park with a 24-hour shuttle.
- Aerospot, 264 Carlingview Dr, Etobicoke (aerospot.ca). Self and valet parking through an online calculator.
- Routes Airport Parking Toronto, 3035 Orlando Drive, Mississauga (routesairportparking.com).
Tips for YYZ
- Week-long trips on the airport: the Value Park Garage weekly maximum ($160) is the same as five days at $32 (our calc.). Daily Park's $235 weekly maximum is less than six days at $42 ($252, our calc.).
- Short stays: Express Park has no weekly maximum, so don't leave a car there for a trip. Use the free cell phone waiting area (up to 45 minutes) for pick-ups.
- Off-airport: only use the six providers Pearson lists, and compare the after-tax total, because Skyway Park's published rates are before tax.
