Cheapest long-term parking at Vancouver Airport (YVR)
Prices checked: October 28, 2026. All rates come from each operator's own website on that date; links are below the table. Where we've added up a total ourselves, it's marked "our calc." Confirm the price for your dates before you book; YVR says pre-booking online gets its lowest rates.
Totals by trip length
Sorted by the 7-day price. YVR publishes a weekly rate only for the Value Long Term Lot; for its other options we've multiplied the published daily rate, and pre-booking may cost less.
| Option | 7 days | 14 days | 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pinnacle Parking, Capstan Way (Richmond, by Bridgeport station) | $150.00 (1 week) | $200.00 (2 weeks) | No monthly rate published |
| YVR Value Long Term Lot | $165.00 (weekly) | $330.00 (our calc.) | $722.00 (our calc.) |
| jetSet (YVR) | $252.00 (our calc.) | $504.00 (our calc.) | $1,080.00 (our calc.) |
| YVR Terminal Parkade | $474.25 (our calc.) | $948.50 (our calc.) | $2,032.50 (our calc.) |
| YVR Gateway Valet | $494.25 (our calc.) | $968.50 (our calc.) | $2,052.50 (our calc.) |
How we calculated the totals marked "our calc.":
- Value Long Term Lot: 14 days is two times the $165 weekly rate. 30 days is four weeks ($660) plus two days at the $31 daily rate.
- jetSet and the Terminal Parkade: the number of days times the published daily rate ($36.00 and $67.75).
- Gateway Valet: the number of days times $67.75, plus the $20.00 valet fee, which YVR says is charged once per visit.
- We haven't added taxes or fees to any row; see the next section.
Sources (all checked Oct 28, 2026): yvr.ca parking page (Value Long Term Lot, jetSet, Terminal Parkade and Gateway Valet) and Pinnacle Parking's Capstan Way page. jetSet's Vancouver site sends bookings to yvr.ca and doesn't list its own rates.
Taxes, fees and what's unclear
- YVR (yvr.ca): the rate table doesn't say whether taxes are included. YVR says BCAA members save up to 15% on select parking options; that discount isn't in the table above.
- Pinnacle Capstan Way: the page doesn't say whether taxes are included, and it doesn't mention an airport shuttle. It describes the lot as near YVR and Bridgeport SkyTrain station, so you'd get to the terminal on the Canada Line yourself (fare not included here).
- No monthly prices: none of these operators publishes a monthly rate. Pinnacle says Capstan Way offers monthly parking, but no monthly price is shown.
What that means
- One week: Capstan Way's $150 week is $15 less than the Value Long Term Lot's $165, but you'd add a Canada Line trip each way. On airport property, the Value Long Term Lot is the cheapest published option, with a free train to the terminal.
- Two weeks: Capstan Way's two-week price ($200) is the lowest published here, $130 less than two weeks in the Value Long Term Lot ($330, our calc.).
- A month: the Value Long Term Lot works out to about $722 (our calc.), about $24 a day. Ask Pinnacle for its monthly rate if you're comparing.
- Long trips on airport property: the Value Long Term Lot's weekly rate ($165) costs less than six days at its daily rate ($186, our calc.), so book it by the week. jetSet's published daily rate ($36.00) is higher than the Value lot's ($31.00), and YVR shows no weekly rate for jetSet.
Fine print worth knowing
- Value Long Term Lot: a free train runs to the terminal (about 4 minutes) from 5:10 am to 12:56 am, as often as every 6 minutes, with a free shuttle every 20 minutes outside train hours. The lot has 10 Level 2 EV charging stalls.
- jetSet: a free 24/7 shuttle (5–7 minutes) runs to the terminal. YVR says guaranteed parking is available for reservations and drive-up customers, and EV charging is free.
- Terminal Parkade: covered, a 1–5 minute walk from the terminal. P1 is hourly parking only, with a 4-hour maximum.
- Gateway Valet: you leave your car with an attendant outside Departures on Level 3; YVR lists free EV charging and luggage help on request.
- Capstan Way: the 24-hour rate is $36.50 a day, so the weekly price is the better deal for anything over four days (our calc.: 5 × $36.50 = $182.50).
Not published
- Park'N Fly Vancouver: its location page shows prices only inside its booking tool for your dates. The page carries a generic "as low as $59.99 per week" Economy line without saying which city it applies to, so we haven't treated it as a Vancouver price.
- Monthly rates for every option above, and whether taxes are included, aren't stated.
- Other independent Richmond lots that only show prices in a booking tool aren't listed.
