Cheapest long-term parking at Toronto Pearson (YYZ)
Prices checked: November 2, 2026. All rates come from each operator's own website on that date; links are below the table. Where we've added up a total ourselves, it's marked "our calc." Confirm the price for your dates before you book.
Totals by trip length
Sorted by the 30-day price. Pearson's rates below are its published drive-up rates ("without reservation"). Pearson's online prices for its lots aren't published outside its booking tool, so they may be lower or higher.
| Option | 7 days | 14 days | 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skyway Park (off-airport), Self Park or Skyway-Valet, reserved | $100.00 | $168.14 | $168.14 |
| Pearson Value Park Garage, drive-up | $160 | $384 (our calc.) | $896 (our calc.) |
| Pearson Daily Park (T1 or T3), drive-up | $235 | $529 (our calc.) | $1,201 (our calc.) |
| Pearson Preferred Park T1, drive-up | $255 | $577 (our calc.) | $1,313 (our calc.) |
| Pearson Valet Care (T1), drive-up | $295 (our calc.) | $687 (our calc.) | $1,583 (our calc.) |
How we calculated the totals marked "our calc.":
- Pearson lots: Pearson's weekly maximum applies to the "first 7 days only", and each day after that is charged at the "additional days" rate. So 14 days = weekly maximum + 7 more days, and 30 days = weekly maximum + 23 more days. Value Park Garage is $160 + $32 a day, Daily Park $235 + $42 a day, Preferred Park T1 $255 + $46 a day.
- Valet Care: adds Pearson's one-time $20 valet fee to the $275 weekly maximum, then $56 for each additional day.
- Skyway Park: taken straight from its day-by-day rate table, where every stay from 14 to 30 days costs $168.14. Day 31 is $185.84.

Taxes and fees
- Skyway Park: its rates are "advance reservation pricing only before applicable taxes, discounts, and extras". Its own quote tool showed an 8-day stay as $109.74, or $124.00 including HST. Stays of 2 days or less get a $14.16 fuel surcharge, which doesn't affect long-term trips.
- Pearson: the rate pages don't say whether HST is included.
What that means
- One week: Skyway Park's reserved rate ($100 before HST) is the cheapest published price. On airport property, Value Park Garage ($160 drive-up) is the cheapest lot with a published rate.
- Two weeks to a month: Skyway Park's price stops climbing at day 14, so a 30-day stay costs the same $168.14 as a 14-day stay, about $5.60 a day (our calc.). Value Park Garage keeps adding $32 a day after the first week, reaching $896 for 30 days at drive-up rates.
- Skyway coupon: Skyway Park's home page offers 10% off (after tax) for stays of 14 days or more, available until November 30, 2026.
- Cheapest on airport: Pearson says its Value Park Lot is "the most affordable way to park at the airport", but it's online only and its rates aren't published, so it isn't in the table. The same goes for the Viscount Station Reserved Lot.
Fine print worth knowing
- Pearson bookings: online bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before arrival, and rates can change to current online pricing when you amend. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead costs a fee, for example $32 for Value Park Garage, $30 for Value Park Lot and $42 for Daily Park. There's a one-hour grace period either side of your reservation.
- Getting to the terminal: Value Park Garage (6145 Viscount Road) and Value Park Lot (6135 Viscount Road) connect to Terminals 1 and 3 on the free Terminal Link train, which runs every 4 minutes. Value Park Garage has a 2.2 m height limit and an uncovered rooftop.
- Skyway Park: counts a day as 24 hours rather than a calendar day, adds a 3-hour grace period on the last day, and asks you to call at least 24 hours ahead to extend a stay. It no longer offers check-in on Dixon Road, so follow the directions in your reservation. Level 3 EV charging is $69.99 as an add-on.
- Authorized lots: Pearson lists six authorized off-airport providers: Park'N Fly, Skypark Airport Parking, EZ Airport Parking, Aerospot, Skyway Park and Routes Airport Parking. Shuttles pick up at T1 Arrivals Door A (Post A1) and Door E (Post E3), and T3 Arrivals Door B (Post 19).
